Special Orders:

Although we provide pricing for the softballs mentioned on this site, we can also order softballs directly from Wilson and Rawlings. We print the softballs and ship them to you.

Send an email to request a special order quotation. Please include the following with your e-mail:

• Artwork
• Color choice for logo and location specifications. Refer to our Standard Ink Colors or provide the Pantone color number(s).
• Style number of the Rawlings or Wilson Softball
• Quantity – Order by the dozen
• Delivery Zip Code

We will reply with a quotation that might include a minimum order quantity based upon the style of softball you are ordering.

Virtual samples are provided without charge. Usually the same day. Send an email to request a virtual sample. Please include the following with your e-mail:

Placing an Order:

• Indicate your payment method

Payment:

Terms are prepaid. We cannot start production without payment. We accept check, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. There is a 3% bank fee for credit cards and PayPal.

Lead Times:

The lead time for production is generally 5 days. Softballs with multi-colored logos take 7 days. Special orders take 21 days. Once your order has been accepted, we will provide a shipping date.
